摘 要本次实验研究并分析了温度(16℃、23℃、30℃)本次研究比较观察了不同温度包含自然发生于原产黑龙江流域的平均温度16℃、,及仔鱼开始拒食的最高温度30℃及中间温度23℃。和光周期(0h、12h、24h)光照范围来自无光照与全天光照对乌苏里拟鲿卵黄体利用率的影响,采用了中心复合设计(CCD)和响应曲面法(RSM)进行分析。94039
1。试验结果表明温度的一次效应、二次效应对乌苏里拟鲿卵黄体利用率具有极显著影响(P<0。01),仔鱼卵黄体利用率随温度增高呈先升高后降低的趋势。
2。光周期的二次效应对乌苏里拟鲿卵黄体利用率具有极显著影响(P<0。01),而一次效应对乌苏里拟鲿卵黄体利用率不具显著影响(P>0。05)仔鱼卵黄体利用率随光周期增长呈先升高后降低的趋势。
3。温度、光周期间的互作效应对乌苏里拟鲿卵黄体利用率无显著影响(P>0。05)。且温度效应大于光周期效应。建立了温度、光周期对乌苏里拟鲿卵黄体利用率的模型,从而为批量养殖提供理论参考。
4。通过对2个指标同时进行优化,得出最优组合温度为28℃,光周期为18h,模型可信度为,说明模型具有较高的可信度,可为乌苏里拟鲿生产提供理论指导。
