摘 要：如今，国内绝大多数会计师事务所面临的棘手的问题是如何规模化发展。为了在经济规模化和经济一体化的国际大环境下生存，会计师事务所首先要解决规模化发展的难题，同时事务所必须系统的管理经营从而分散业务风险。要使会计师事务所朝着规模化方向发展，南京市及其他各地会计师事务所都应采取奏效、合理的操作方式和科学的管理模式。本篇论文的开头解释了规模化管理的相关理论基础，其次列举了南京市会计师事务所规模化发展的原因，最后分析了南京市会计师事务所目前存在的问题并提出了相应解决方案。64642

Abstract：Nowadays, most accounting industries pay highly attention to it that the large-scale development of the public accounting firm.For the sake of being adapted to the economic scale and the tidal wave of the development of economic globalization,we had better work it out that the development of firm scale,in the meantime,firms should imply systematic and total management in order to reduce the management danger.If you intend to keep the accounting firm scale developing ,Nanjing and other every accounting firms should take valid and reasonable way of operation and scientific management model.The paper first accounts for some relevant theories on scale management,then takes it for examples that the reason about large-scale development of the Nanjing’s accounting firm,and it analyzes problems existing in Nanjing certified public accountants and relevant solutions are put forward.
