摘要:蜻蜓目昆虫是昆虫纲中比较原始的种类,稚虫水生,成虫陆生。目前我国已发现的均翅亚目4总科12科58属,包括蟌总科4科24属,丝蟌总科4科14属,色蟌总科4科20属。蜻蜓目稚虫是重要水质监测指示生物,但我国有关稚虫的研究很少,已知稚虫种类远低于成虫种类。本文通过野外采集均翅亚目的成虫和稚虫,稚虫室内饲养,成稚虫线粒体COI序列扩增和序列分析方法,运用MEGA5.0软件,采用邻接法(NJ法)法构建了进化树,确定了五种均翅亚目的稚虫。重新描述了这五种稚虫的外部形态特征,以及拍摄了各部分的特征图,五种稚虫分别为透顶单脉色蟌Matrona basilaris、蓝纹尾蟌Paracercion Calamorum、日本黄蟌Ceriagrion nipponicum、白扇蟌Platycnemis foliacea、日本色蟌Calopteryx japonica。28129 毕业论文关键词:材料;方法;序列分析;稚虫;形态特征。
A Study on the Nymph Classification of the Zygoptera (Insecta: Odonata) from the Yangtze River Delta, China
Abstract:Odonata insects are relatively primitive with adults living terrestrially and nymphs in waters. China has recorded Zygoptera of 58 genera belonging to 12 families and 4 super-families, of which Coenagrionoidae composed of 24 genera and 4 families, Lestoidae composed of 14 genera and 4 families, Calopterygoidae composed of 20 genera and 4 families. Odonata nymphs are the important indicator of water quality monitoring, but studies on nymph taxonomy were much less than adults t in China. In this study, we collected the Zygoptera nymphs and adults in the field, raised nymphs indoors, amplified the mitochondrial COI gene of adults and nymphs, and construct Neighbor-Joining(NJ method) by using MEGA5.0 software. We finally identified five nymphs to species level, and then redescribed the external morphological character of Matrona basilaris. Paracercion calamorum, Ceriagrion nipponicum, Platycnemis foliacea and Calopteryx japonica.
