摘要:随着工业化进程的推进,大气中CO2浓度浓度逐年递升。有研究表明,在21世纪50年代大气中CO2的浓度可能达到现在的一倍,因此研究CO2浓度升高对于植物乃至植食性昆虫的影响都是非常有必要的。而在我国,褐飞虱是一种非常重要的水稻害虫,具有刺吸式口器,对水稻危害极大。本论文主要探讨CO2浓度升高对于褐飞虱适合度及取食行为的影响,主要包括:CO2倍增显著缩短褐飞虱卵期、若虫历期和雌虫寿命,并显著降低初羽化雌虫体重,但对雄虫寿命、初羽化雄虫体重及雌虫繁殖力没有显著影响;CO2浓度倍增可以增加P波持续时间,缩短木质部N5波持续时间,但均没有达到显著影响;显著缩短韧皮部取食的唾液分泌阶段N4a波的持续时间,对N4b波和N7波的持续时间没有明显影响。CO2浓度加倍可以显著缩短褐飞虱的发育历期,增加为害代数,但作为代价,褐飞虱雌虫体重降低,这可能是一定程度上增加刺探波P波的原因导致的。结果表明,未来大气CO2浓度升高下,水稻可能面临褐飞虱为害代数增加的风险。29016

Effects of elevated CO2 on fitness and feed behavior of Nilaparvata lugens (Stål)

Abstract:As the development of the industrialization process, the atmospheric concentration of CO2 increased year by year. Studies have shown that the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere in the 2050s will be likely to double, so it is necessary to study the effects of elevated CO2 concentrations on plants and even herbivorous insects. In China, brown planthopper is a very important rice pest, with a sucking mouthparts, great harm to rice. In this paper, the effects of CO2 enrichment on the suitability and feeding behavior of brown planthopper were mainly discussed. The main reasons: CO2 doubling significantly reduced the egg stage, nymph duration and female life of brown planthopper, and significantly reduced the weight of female feathers. The duration of P wave duration and the duration of N5 wave in the xylem were not significantly affected, but the effect of the doubled CO2 concentration on the growth and longevity of the larvae was not significantly affected. The duration of the N4a wave has no significant effect on the duration of the N4b wave and the N7 wave. The doubling of CO2 concentration can significantly shorten the developmental period of brown planthopper and increase the damage algebra. However, at the cost, the weight of the brown planthopper is reduced, which may be caused by the increase of the P wave. The results showed that rice could face the risk of increasing the damage of rice brown planthopper in the future atmosphere.
