两种典型环境污染物的水生植物毒性研究摘要:强力霉素和草甘膦在全世界范围内用量广泛,它们的残留物最终都会通过降雨,地表径流和渗透等不同途径进入水体中,是两种环境中检出率较高的污染物。近年来,由于水体中爆发的蓝藻水华成为了世界性的环境问题。然而,这两种典型环境污染物对蓝藻的生理效应研究还不足。本研究以铜绿微囊藻和绿色微囊藻作为非靶标生物,以此来探究强力霉素和草甘膦对水生植物的生态毒性。结果表明,在实验条件下,强力霉素和草甘膦对两种微囊藻的生长产生抑制作用,也诱发了不同程度的氧化损伤。草甘膦对两种微囊藻叶绿素a和蛋白含量的合成也有一定的刺激作用。与此同时,草甘膦还致使藻细胞发生早期凋亡,藻细胞的形态结构发生变化。本文的研究结果对两种典型环境污染物的环境评估有一定的参考意义。此外,对强力霉素和草甘膦在农业方面的合理使用也起到一定的引导作用。29327 毕业论文关键词:强力霉素;草甘膦;铜绿微囊藻;绿色微囊藻;氧化损伤
Aquatic Toxicity of Two Typical Environmental Pollutants
Abstract: Doxycycline hydrochloride and glyphosate have been used extensively worldwide. The residues of them can be discharged into water system through different exposure routes such as raining, surface runoff and infiltration, these two pollutants have high detection rate at environmentally relevant concentrations. Water blooms caused by cyanobacteria in aquatic system are major global environmental issues in recent years. However, the physiological effects on cyanobacteria caused by these two typical environmental pollutants are insufficient. In the present study, Microcystis aeruginos and Microcystis viridis were selected as non-target organisms to explore the ecotoxicity of doxycycline hydrochloride and glyphosate. The results showed that these two typical environmental pollutants could inhibit the growth of Microcystis aeruginos and Microcystis viridis under laboratory conditions and they could also induce oxidative damage. Glyphosate could stimulate the protein and chlorophyll a content of Microcystis aeruginos and Microcystis viridis. At the same time, glyphosate could result in early apoptosis of cells and the cellular structure has been changed. The results are useful for environmental assessment of these two typical environmental pollutants. Besides, it is also helpful for guiding the application of doxycycline hydrochloride and glyphosate in agricultural settings.
