摘要:为了阐明盐胁迫下菊芋糖代谢的生理机制,试验从盐胁迫下菊芋糖分在各个植物组织中积累的动态变化规律以及糖份在地上部与块茎之间的分配格局入手,找出盐逆境使菊芋块茎减产的内在原因。本研究用菊芋一号(N1)作为试验材料,以菊芋在五到十二月间的形态学(株高茎粗根长、鲜重干重)变化和菊芋的糖含量(总糖、还原糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、蔗果三糖、蔗果四糖、蔗果五糖)在不同植物组织中的差异等角度综合比较菊芋在低盐度和高盐度土壤下的生长差异。从实验结果可知,高盐组菊芋植株高度明显矮于低盐组菊芋,茎粗和根长数据也小于低盐组,地上部干物质积累时间短且积累量少。相比较于低盐组,总糖和还原糖的总体含量少,但茎秆中的总糖含量有所提升,葡萄糖和蔗糖的含量总体略低,果糖、蔗果三糖、蔗果四糖、蔗果五糖在块茎中的积累量明显减少。结果表明盐胁迫不仅大大降低了菊芋地上部干物质的积累量,改变了糖分在各植物组织中的分配情况和积累的动态变化趋势,还限制了非还原性糖在块茎中的转化,最终减少产量。31415 毕业论文关键词:菊芋;盐胁迫;形态学;总糖;还原糖
The study of the sugar metabolism of Jerusalem artichoke under salt stress
Abstract:In order to illustrate the physiological mechanism of Jerusalem artichoke’s sugar metabolism under salt stress, the study was carried out to research the dynamic change law of accumulation and the distribution pattern of sugar in plant tissue and find out the intrinsic reason of the salt adversity to reduce the production of the artichoke tubers. The study comprehensively compared the Jerusalem artichoke (N1) growth in soil under low salt and high salt by analyzing morphological changes (plant height, stem diameter, root length, fresh weight, dry weight) from May to December and the sugar contents (soluble sugar, reducing sugar, glucose, sucrose, fructose, kestose, nistose, F-fructofuranosylnystose) differences in different plant tissues of Jerusalem artichoke. The results showed that plant height, stem diameter and root length of Jerusalem artichoke under high salt were significantly lower than that under low salt. The time of dry matter accumulation of above-ground Jerusalem artichoke under high salt was shorter than that under low salt. In addition, Jerusalem artichoke under high salt accumulated less dry matters than low salt plants. Comparing to low salt plants, Jerusalem artichoke plants under high salt had lower content of soluble sugar and reducing sugar, but total sugar content of stem was higher. The glucose and sucrose content and the accumulation in tubers of fructose, kestose, nistose, F-fructofuranosylnystose of Jerusalem artichoke plants under high salt were slightly lower than plants under low salt. In conclusion, high salt stress not only greatly reduced the above-ground dry matter accumulation of Jerusalem artichoke, and it also changed the distribution and of sugar and dynamic changes of dry matter accumulation in the plant tissues. Besides, high salt stress restricted the conversion of reducing sugar in the tuber and finally reduced production.
