摘要: WRKY转录因子是高等植物十大转录因子之一,在调节植物生长和抗逆方面扮演着重要角色。关于茄子的WRKY转录因子家族,我们掌握的数据还很少。目前茄子基因组测序的完成,允许我们在此物种中系统的分析WRKY基因。74个全部的WRKY基因被标注和分类为7个小群。系统进化和同线性分析分析显示茄子的所有WRKY基因和拟南芥一样,起源于一个共同的祖先。基因结构分析表明: 茄子WRKY转录因子基因外显子数变异范围为2-7,大部分WRKY转录因子具有2-3个外显子。蛋白序列分析显示,茄子WRKY转录因子具有18个保守基序,除Group I和Group II外,核心保守基序区(Motif 1-2)在其余5个Group中均存在,且其组织模式相同,说明这个核心保守基序区是WRKY转录因子共有的。利用滑动窗口方法发现,8对同源基因中,7对受到负选择作用,只有1对受到正选择作用,发生适应性进化双重基因的比较分析表达水平表明在茄子WRKY同源基因中,基因表达分歧确实存在,进一步证实了这些双重WRKY基因的功能性分歧。33280 毕业论文关键字:WRKY;茄子;WRKY家族;基因;进化
Molecular Characterization and Evolutionary Analysis of the WRKY transcription factor family genes in Eggplant
Abstract:WRKY transcription factor is one of the top ten transcription factor in the higher plants in regulating plant growth and art plays an important role. About eggplant WRKYTF family, we master data were rare. The eggplant complete genome sequencing allow us to the analysis of the system in the species WRKY genes. 74 all WRKY genes was noted and classification in seven little group. Evolution and the linear analysis shows that the eggplant all WRKY gene and arabidopsis thaliana, originated from a common ancestor. Genetic structure analysis showed that: eggplant WRKY transcription factor gene exon number variation range is 2-7, most of the WRKY transcription factors have 2-3 exons Protein. Sequence analysis revealed that the eggplant WRKY transcription factors have 18 conservative Motif, in addition to the Group I and Group II, core conservative Motif area (Motif 1-2) on the remaining five exist, in the Group and its organization mode is the same, illustrate the core conservative Motif area is common to the WRKY transcription factors. Using the sliding window method, found that eight of homologous genes, 7 to by negative selection function, only 1 on by choosing different stages. gene expression level comparative analysis shows that in eggplant WRKY homologous gene, gene expression differences do exist, further confirmed the dual WRKY gene functional differences.
