摘要:由于一些植物长期生活在不同重金属浓度的生境中,不同种群之间往往会产生不同重金属耐性或积累能力。从种群水平上研究美洲商陆在重金属污染环境下的相关生理机制,可为研究超积累植物对重金属污染土壤修复提供一定的研究思路。故本研究以美洲商陆为材料,利用来自9个不同种群的种子进行水培培育,并进行镉(Cd)、锰(Mn)处理,分别从形态指标、荧光参数、MDA含量、H2O2含量、可溶性糖和重金属含量等方面观察美洲商陆在这两种重金属处理下的相关指标变化,从而进一步分析美洲商陆耐重金属的相关生理机制。34930 毕业论文关键词:重金属 土壤修复 美洲商陆 生理
