摘要: 近些年,食用真菌因其独特风及营养成分和药理作用广受大家喜爱。其中,灵芝扮演了一个很重要的角色,2000多年的药用价值让它被广泛的注意,滋补养生,扶本固正可谓良药。近些年的研究表明,灵芝中含大量的甾醇类物质,尤其是麦角甾醇,占了很大的比重,并且同样有着不小的药理价值。文章以灵芝孢子粉为材料,经过一系列的分析研究,最后决定建立HPLC分析方法来对灵芝孢子粉中的麦角甾醇进行一个定量的分析,本实验选用选用  Aglient ZORBAX SB-Aq(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)的色谱柱,流动相选用乙腈-(0.1%)醋酸水溶液,流速为1.0mL/min,测定波长设定为282nm,柱温30℃。方法学考察显示该方法重复性好,精密度高,重现性好,适合灵芝孢子粉中麦角甾醇的定量分析。实验分析出了麦角甾醇在不同破壁时间、不同储藏温度、不同采样时期及不同产地的破壁灵芝孢子粉中的含量。 37766

The ergosterol content in ganoderma lucidum spore power
Abstract: In the past few years, the edible fungi are popular with many people because of its unique flavor ;nutritional composition and pharmacological action. Ganoderma  play a very important part among it, ganoderma attracts many people’s attention because of its nearly 2000 years of medicinal value. It is a good herb with tonic effect. The recent research shows that ganoderma contain a lot of sterols  especially ergosterol has a large proportion of it, and ergosterol also has important medical value. This article takes    ganoderma lucidum spore powder  as materials, after a series of research and analysis ,establishes HPLC analysis method to analyze the content of erogoster in ganoderma lucidum spore powder, and  selects Aglient ZORBAX SB-Aq(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)as chromatographic column. The mobile phase consists  of - (0.1%) acetic acid aqueous solution, with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min.  The  wavelength of determination  is 282nm, and the column temperature is  30℃ . Methodological study shows that the method has good reproducibility, high precision and good reproducibility. So the method is suitable for the qualitative analysis of  ergosterol  in  lucidum spore powder. The result shows the ergosterol content in broken lucidum spore powder of different breaking time, different storage temperature ,different sampling periods and different areas.
