Honeysuckle and Its Antibacterial Effect Evaluation of Extracting Effective Components
Abstract:Honeysuckle since ancient times is known for its medicinal value is widely, it mainly qingrejiedu efficacy Based on the honeysuckle as raw material, USES the ultrasonic extraction technology, to extract effective ingredients of flos lonicerae Through the single factor experiment to explore the best extraction process of active ingredients of flos lonicerae, and the effective components of bacteriostatic effect Results showed that: 1) the honeysuckle drying, crushing, through 80 mesh sieve, the best extraction process of effective ingredients, and 75% ethanol aqueous solution as extraction solvent, and extracting temperature for 55, according to extracts from flos lonicerae: ethanol aqueous solution and the feed liquid extract, extract time for 20 minutes. 2) the honeysuckle extract, bacteriostatic experiment showed the honeysuckle extracts to e. coli has certain inhibition effect, minimal inhibitory concentrations (mic) to e. coli was 3%.3) adding honeysuckle extract emulsion, the emulsion system has not changed, honeysuckle extract and other cosmetic ingredients in the emulsion in good compatibility.
