摘要:通过区域试验对品种的产量、抗性和品质表现进行综合鉴定,筛选优良品种,为作物生产提供良种,是区域试验的主要功能。本文使用河南省油菜区域试验材料(2014-2015),以方差分析和新复极差法测验品种间产量差异显著性,对10个参试油菜品种进行高产稳定性分析、品质分析、抗性鉴定以及农艺性状表现比较分析。为筛选适合于河南省油菜生产的优良油菜品种提供重要依据,同时为这些良种在生产上的合理分布提供参考。结果表明:各参试品种均达到品种审定的双低标准(芥酸﹤1%,硫苷﹤30μmol/g饼),其中双油11号、双油1307、周油796、双油1209含油量超过了45%,属于高含油量品种,信油杂2013含油量为37.48%,未达到品种审定标准。双油1307品种产量最高,亩产达到210.95kg,比对照组增产19.39%,且产量主效应值最大的是双油1307,为0.62,具有较小的地点间变异度和地点互作方差,说明该品种的丰产性好,并有较好的稳产性,适应大部分试点种植。我校选育的周油796杂交种产量达到亩产187.47kg,排名第7,但由于种子含油量高达46%以上,其单位面积产油量位居参试品种第2位,因此,具有较好的推广利用价值。43098

The Analysis on High and Stable Yields of the Regional Trials of Rape in Henan Province

Abstract: The main functions of regional trial are comprehensive judgment on varieties about yield, resistance and quality performance, screening varieties and providing better variety for crop production. In this paper, Henan province rape regional test data (2014-2015 ) was used to test the yield difference between varieties through variance analysis and LSR method, we analyzed the high and stable performance of yields charcters of 10 tested rape varieties, and identified their quality, resistance and agronomic traits, to provide an important information in rape production of Henan province, and a reference for the rational distribution of production. The results showed that tested varieties have reached double-low criteria (erucic acid <1%, glucosinolates<30μmol/g cake), which of them, Shuangyou-11, Shuangyou-1307, Zhouyou-796, Shuangyou-1209 are high oil content varieties( more than 45%) . The oil content of Xinyouza-2013 was 37.48%, which did not meet the certification. Shuangyou-1307 showed high yields, that is 210.95 kg/667 m2,  in more than control 19.39% , Shuangyou-1307 has the largest yield main-effect value(0.62) , smaller variation degree and environment ×variety interaction variance, so it is a stable high yield variety, and has good adaptability. Zhouyou-796 developed by our school, showed 187.47 kg/667 m2, which ranks No.7 in all test varieties, but its seeds oil content is above as high as 46%, and the oil production per unit area ranks No. 2 in tested varieties. Therefore, it should be better business-marketing.
