摘 要:用不同比例的外援激素(油菜素内酯(BR)),硫胺素(VB1))分别对防腐剂胁迫下的玉米幼苗进行处理,研究两种混合的外援激素缓解防腐剂对玉米幼苗胁迫的效果是否比单一激素好。根据实验要求,设计7组实验,其中BR和硫胺素的用量比为3:1,1:1,1:3。实验结果表明,与对照组相比,在防腐剂处理下,玉米幼苗的丙二醛(MDA),可溶性糖,游离脯氨酸含量升高,叶绿素含量降低;而与防腐剂处理组相比,两种混合的外援激素能降低MDA,可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸含量,提高叶绿素。因此防腐剂对小麦幼苗的生长有抑制和毒害作用,适宜浓度的外援激素能够缓解防腐剂对小麦幼苗造成的抑制和毒害作用,其中在单一激素中,以0.4 g/L的硫胺素缓解效果比油菜素内酯(BR)(0.12 mg/L)好,不同比例的外援激素中BR:VB1=(3:1)的缓解效果最明显。

Effect of Two Kinds of Exogenous Hormones on Seedling Growth of
Corn under Preservative Stress
Abstract: With different proportion of a mixture of exogenous hormones(brassinosteroid, thiamine) to deal with corn seedlings under the stress of preservative, studies two kinds of a mixture of exogenous hormones helps relieve the stress of preservative of corn seedling effect is better than a single hormone. The method of hydroponics culture was performed in this study. The results show that: Compared with the control group, 10.0 g/L composite preservative (the mass ratio of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate is 2:3) significantly inhibited the growth of maize seedlings, mainly including dwarfed plants, decreased chlorophyll content, increasesd proline, malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble sugar content, compared with preservative-treated group, a mixture of brassinosteroid and thiamine (1:3) have better mitigation effect.
