摘 要:以“周麦18”为实验材料,用不同浓度的壳聚糖溶液(0、0.5、1、1.5 、2、2.5、3.0g/L)分组处理干旱胁迫下的幼苗,在胁迫后七天观察小麦幼苗生理生化指标及保护酶的影响。结果表明适宜浓度的壳聚糖阻碍脯氨酸等物质的积累,增加蛋白质、叶绿素、可溶性糖的含量,其中2.0g/L浓度最好。由此说明,壳聚糖溶液对干旱胁迫下的小麦幼苗有利,也为壳聚糖对小麦抵抗干旱胁迫的影响提供理论依据。关键词:壳聚糖;小麦;干旱胁迫;保护酶。8901
The effects on Wheat seedling physiological and biochemical indexes and protective enzyme of chitosan under drought stress
Abstract: Using wheat “Zhou mai 18” as experiment material, The authors dealt with wheat seedling under the condition of drought with different concentrations(0、0.5、1.0、1.5 、2.0、2.5、3.0g/ml) of CS solution.On fifth days after spraying chitosan,the authors explored the effects on Wheat seedling physiological and biochemical indexes indexes and protective enzyme .The results showed that the contents of free proline and MDA were significantly increased (P<0.01). The suitable concentration of chitosan solution suppressed the accumulation of proline andincreased content of protein, soluble sugar and chlorophyll, the 2.0g/L concentration is the best. So,under the drought stress,treating corn seedling with chitosan solution facilitated the growth,provided the theory basis for the chitosan resist drought stress influence of corn.
