摘要:本文以椒草类水草中柳(Hygrophila stricta)的变种泰国中柳(Hygrophila stricta var。“thailand”)。绿温蒂椒(Cryptocoryne wendtii‘green’)、气泡椒草(Cryptocoryne usteriana)和红温蒂椒草(Crypyocoryne wendtii ‘red’)四种水草为研究对象,为了降低进管污染,预先通过使用2种不同的种植方式后,再进行组织培养方法的研究。
鉴于水生植物有一定的水陆两栖性,本课题通过探索椒草类水草组织培养消毒过程中的新方法,即通过使用气雾栽培的方式,并设计雾气培养装置并进行组装,按照梯度进行多次环境温度、湿度、与光照强度等因素的组合调整,逐渐将椒草驯化为可以在潮湿的陆地进行生长的半水生植物,取其分生于水上的嫩芽进行组织培养,规避了其易受到污染的污染源(培养环境水中的细菌),从而降低水草的内源细菌含量。为椒草试管苗快速繁殖体系的建立和大规模的工厂化生产提供理论依据及新的操作方式。77944

Study on Tissue Culture Method of Aquatic plant Crypyocoryne
Abstract:In this paper, we talk about (Hygrophila stricta var。 "Thailand"), Cryptocoryne wendtii'green ', Cryptocoryne usteriana and Red Wendy (Hygrophila stricta var。 (Crypyocoryne wendtii 'red') for the study of four kinds of planting methods, tissue culture methods of research;Due to the current technology of cultivating grass organization is still in continuous exploration and improvement in the further research, this paper try to explore new methods in disinfection process of pepper grass tissue culture: through special practices, according to the gradient of multiple environmental temperature, humidity, and light intensity and other factors Combined with the adjustment, and gradually domesticated pepper as semi-aquatic plants, whichever is born in the water buds for tissue culture, to avoid the pollution of its pollution sources (culture of water in the environment)。To provide a theoretical basis and a new mode of operation is to establish the rapid propagation system of pepper plantlets and large-scale factory production。
