摘 要本论文研究以杭州市菲力伟健身俱乐部为例,采用文献资料法、数理统计法、问卷调查法、访谈法法等研究方法对杭州市菲力伟健身俱乐部私人教练人力资源现状方面进行调查分析,通过对杭州市菲力伟健身俱乐部私人教练年龄、性别、学历,从业年限,专业水平,培训频率和收入等方面进行调查统计,针对所存在的问题,提出:1提高私人教练的专业知识和业务水平2拓宽招聘渠道,推进私人教练专业化发展3提高私人教练员待遇,形成较强团队凝聚力4增强职业意识,提升私人教练职业化水准和工作积极性5注重团队建设,营造和谐团结的工作氛围等对策以促进杭州市菲力伟健身俱乐部私人教练人力资源良性发展提供切实可行的建议和理论支持,为研究杭州市健身产业发展提供一定的理论基础和实践意义。89801
