摘要:ZPW-2000A型无绝缘移频自动闭塞系统是在外国UM71无绝缘轨道电路的基础上结合了本国铁路的现状以及技术才研究开发的,拥有自主知识产权的国产闭塞系统。这个国产闭塞系统既保持了UM71无绝缘轨道的电路整体结构上的优势,又解决了调谐内断轨检查问题,而且同时减少调谐区的分路死区长度。这个系统的发送器采用 “1+1”冗余,接收器则是采用了双机并联运用,很大的提高了系统的可靠性。它为本国铁路“机车信号作为主体信号”的技术发展政策提供了极大的安全基础保障,在中国铁路“跨越式发展”总体的目标规划中发挥着极其重要作用。
合宁高铁是国家快速铁路网的重要组成部分,本论文的选题题材是合宁线的肥东站,主要内容是完成该站管辖范围内的移频轨道电路ZPW-2000A的工程设计,该工程设计是该站能够正常使用的必须环节。27738
本次工程设计主要的工作是运用AutoCAD软件设计和绘制相关ZPW-2000A的工程图纸。需要完成的图纸有肥东站车站信号平面布置图,区间信号平面布置图,综合柜设备布置图,组合柜设备布置图,移频柜设备布置图,区间和站内轨道电路图,区间和站内方向切换继电器驱动采集电路图,区间通过信号灯丝断丝报警电路图,补偿电容配置图,以及组合柜,综合柜和移频柜零层配线。
本次工程设计的目的是运用已学的相关专业知识,并借助于合宁线肥东站这一具体现场工程案例来提高自己对于所学本专业的知识的理解运用,将课本知识转化为实用的技术,培养自己的独立思考和查阅消化课外知识的能力,培养自己运用图表和文字表达设计意图。

Abstract:ZPW-2000A free-insulation to frequency shift automatic block system with the independent intellectual and the property rights of domestic,which is based on France UM71 track circuit technology ,considered the status quo and technology research of China’s railway. The system keeps the advantages of UM71 free-insulated track circuit on the overall structure and solves the problem of tuning within the broken rail inspection ,at the sometime it reduces the shunt dead zone length of the tuning area, the transmitter of the system uses the “1+1”redundancy and the receiver with the use of two-machine parallels to improve the reliability of the system,it provides a secure foundation for development policies of China’s railway cab signal technology as the main signal and plays an important role in the China Railway”leapfrog development”.
Hefei-Nanjing high-speed rail is an important part of the national highway network, the topic of the thesis is the Feidong station of Hefei-Nanjing Line, and the main contents is to complete the station within the jurisdiction of the shift frequency track circuit of the ZPW-2000A engineering design,the design of the project must link the station to normal use.
The main work of the engineering design is to use AutoCAD software design and draw the ZPW-2000A engineering drawings.The drawings need to be completed as follows:Feidong station signal layout plan, floor plan of the range signal, integrated cabinet equipment layout, cabinet equipment layout, shift the frequency cabinet equipment layout map, intervals and station track circuit diagram, interval and station within the direction switch relay driver collected the broken wire alarm circuit diagram circuit interval signal light wire configuration diagram of the compensation capacitor ,and a combination of cabinets, counters and shift frequency counters zero-layer wiring.
The purpose of this engineering design is using the relevant expertise which we have learned and the help of the case of site-specific works of Feidong station of the Hefei-Nanjing Line to improve the understanding of the professional knowledge and the use of textbook knowledge into practical technology and develop the independent thinking and access to the ability to digest extra-curricular knowledge and develop their own use of charts and text to express design intent.
