摘要:随着社会和经济的发展,城市建设和发展非常快,且对基础设施提出了更高的要求。人们对水质和供水系统的可靠性要求的不断提高。采用先进的自动化技术、控制技术和通信技术,设计出高性能、高节能的供水系统已成为必然趋势。42744
本设计中以WinCC监测为核心,监控系统和现场操作箱可以实现两地控制,可以进行手自动切换,本地与远程的切换。组态画面直观,可以显示管网水压及水泵的运行状态。通过PLC模块实现测量信号的采集和控制信号的输出,计算机和PLC模块之间通过通信实现信息的传递,以WinCC为软件平台设计控制软件和上位机管理软件,实现对生活小区供水流量的控制。由于本设计中应用了WinCC监控软件,使用编程组态技术实现了供水系统的监控,具有高效节能、自动可靠、维护简单、管理方便的优点。

Design of Water Supply Control System for Living Quarters Based on WinCC
Abstract:The higher requirement for the water quality and water supply systems is rising with the rapid development of the society and economy. The design of water supply systems with the characteristic of high performance and high energy-saving become possible with the employment of advanced automation technology, control technology and communication technology.
This design by WinCC monitoring as the core, the monitoring system and site operation box can achieve dual control, can carry out the automatic switchover of the hand, local and remote, frequency conversion and power switch. The configuration picture directly, can display the running state and the hydraulic pump. Sampling and control signals between the measurement signals output by the PLC module, computer and PLC communication modules implement the transmission of information to WinCC software platform control software and PC management software, to achieve the living quarters of the automatic control of water flow . The design of the application of the WinCC monitoring software, programmed using configuration technology to realize the constant pressure the monitor of water supply system, with high efficiency and energy saving, automatic, reliable, easy maintenance, convenient management advantages.
