摘要短型金属复合筒对混凝土的高速侵彻涉及大变形、断裂和热变形等一系列复杂的力学问题。通过有限元软件对此类侵彻问题进行数值模拟,不仅可以大大降低试验费用和设计周期,而且还可以分析金属复合筒侵彻混凝土过程中应力和变形的变化,以及混凝土开坑的整个开坑过程。本文利用proe建立几何模型,通过hypermesh得到离散模型,最后通过LS-DYNA建立了动力学模型,模拟了金属复合筒以不同的弹着角和攻角侵彻混凝土时的效果。通过对比结果发现:弹体以相同着弹角,不同攻角侵彻混凝土时,攻角越大,靶板正面弹坑面积越大;弹体以相同攻角,不同弹着角侵彻混凝土时,弹体贯穿靶板的时间不同;通过对弹坑大小以及靶板变形的分析,混凝土靶板的建模面积为弹体直径的2-3倍即可。19401

Title The result of short high-speed matal composite cylinder penetrating concrete
Abstract
It involves a complex series of mechanical problems such as large deformation ,fracture and thermal deformation when short high-speed metal composite cylinder penetrates concrete.To simulate such penetrating questionas by finite element ,not only can greatly reduce test costs and design cycle ,but also can analyze changes of stress and deformation during the penetrating process,as well as analyze the entire progress of opening pit.In this paper ,we utilize proe to establish the geometric medel,then
use hypermesh to get the discrete model,then we got the dynamic model by using LS-DYNA,finally we simulated the process of penetration at different impact angle and different attack angle.By comparing the results we can
can draw the following conclusions:when projetile penetrates concrete at the same impact angle ,the greater the angle of attack, the greater the the crater size;when projetile penetrates concrete at the same attack angle but different attack angle,the projetile throughout the target at different times ;by analysing the crater size and the deformation of the target ,we can establish the concrete target by 2 or 3 times the size of projetile.
