摘要为了改善粒子计数器的流量控制能力,提高测量的精度和稳定性,需要使粒子计数器能够自动调节流量。本文旨在设计一套可以实现流量自动控制的系统,这样就可以使尘埃粒子计数器实现恒流量运转,极大的提高粒子计数器的精度和稳定性。87482
首先确定整个系统的设计方案,建立一个流量控制的数学模型。然后根据系统的工作原理选取合适的硬件和控制算法。管径的大小和压差传感器的型号都是影响系统精度的关键,因此需要对系统的硬件进行筛选从而提高系统的精度。适当的调整控制电路来减少系统输入电压的波动,使系统更稳定。
通过本课题的研究,实现了基于压差的恒流量控制,为尘埃粒子计数器的流量控制提供了一个参考,对自动流量控制系统的设计也有一定的参考作用。

Title Design of controlling constant flow based on the differential pressure
Abstract In order to improve the ability of particle counters to control flow,and improve the accuracy and stability of measurement,you need to make particle counters can automatically regulate the flow。This paper aims to design a flow control system,so you can make the dust particle counters operation with constant flow,greatly improve the precision and stability of the particle counters。
First of all,determine the entire system design,and establish a mathematical mode of flow control。Then according to the principle of the system,select appropriate hardware and control algorithm。Because the size of the pipe diameter and the model of differential pressure sensor is the key to affect the precision of system,system hardware needs to be filtered so as to improve the precision of system。 The control circuit was adjusted properly to reduce the fluctuation of input voltage of system,and make the system more stable。
Through the study of this topic,it has realized the control of constant flow based on the differential pressure,providing a reference for the flow control of dust particle counters and the design of automatic flow control system。
