摘要:本文对汽车车身的打磨加工过程中产生的粉尘特性及运动规律进行研究。其目的是为了更好的了解金属粉尘在加工和处理过程中的危险性,从而更好的预防粉尘危害事故。金属粉尘大多为可燃性粉尘,在一定的条件下就会发生粉尘爆炸事故。所以对于金属粉尘而言,研究其特性和运动规律是有必要的。通过对粉尘特性及运动规律的研究,可以知道粉尘的危险性,从而更好的控制粉尘,避免粉尘爆炸事故。本文工作的内容包括:对生产中产生的粉尘,通过通风除尘设备进行收集,对样品粉尘进行试验及运动模拟。其中实验主要为:粉体综合特性实验,粉尘云着火点测试实验,粉尘层着火点测试实验,20L球实验。通过实验主要了解样品粉尘的爆炸危险性,这对预防粉尘爆炸事故有重大意义。21649 毕业论文关键词: 粉尘特性;运动规律;粉尘爆炸
Dust characteristics and movement laws of metal polish
Summary:In this paper, the characteristics of the dust grinding process produced car body and the movement of research. Its purpose is to better understand the metal dust in the processing and handling of risk, in order to better prevent dust hazards incidents. Metal dust mostly combustible dust, under certain conditions occur dust explosion. Therefore, the metal dust, the study of the characteristics and the law of motion is necessary. Contents of this work include: the production of dust generated, collected through the ventilation and dust removal equipment, dust samples were tested and motion simulation. Through experiments to understand the main danger of dust explosion risk sample, which is the prevention of dust explosions have great significance.
