摘要:随着科学的发展,海洋越来越受到重视。中国作为一个海洋大国,只有与时共进才能立于不败之地,而舰艇正是海洋作战的主力。本文主要研究了船用夹层板在冲击载荷作用下的动态行为,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA通过不同弹体对Q235钢板结构的侵彻作用研究,得到夹层板面板材料的正确本构参数,然后总结了相关参数对其抗侵彻性能的影响。具体内容如下:
(1)使用LS-DYNA软件对刚性圆头、平头弹体侵彻单层板的动态过程进行数值仿真,将结果与文献中实验结果进行对比,证明使用有限元软件模拟侵彻问题是可行的,并对比圆头和平头单体实验的不同。
(2)使用LS-DYNA软件对双层板进行数值模拟。主要分析数值模拟中钢板抗侵彻过程的图像和失效形式,并得到仿真结果中的弹道极限和剩余速度曲线,同时重点分析了不同层间间隙以及弹体头部形状等参数对钢板结构抗侵彻性能的影响。
(3)使用LS-DYNA软件对夹层板进行数值模拟,主要研究不同弹体和不同夹层板情况下,夹层板的抗冲击性能。

Abstract:With the development of science, the ocean has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, the dynamic behavior of marine sandwich plate under impact loading is mainly studied. The finite element analysis software ANSYS / LS-DYNA is used to study the penetration of Q235 steel plate structure by different projectiles. The correct constitutive parameters of sandwich panel , And then summarizes the impact of the relevant parameters on its anti-penetration performance. The details are as follows:
(1) Using LS-DYNA software to simulate the dynamic process of rigid round head and flat head projectile penetrating monolayer, the results are compared with the experimental results in the literature, which proves that it is feasible to simulate the penetration problem with finite element software , And the difference between the round head and the flat head experiment.
(2) Numerical simulation of double using LS-DYNA software. The paper analyzes the image and failure form of the anti-penetration process of the steel plate in the numerical simulation, and obtains the trajectory limit and the residual velocity curve in the simulation result. At the same time, the paper analyzes the influence of different layers and the shape of the missile's head on the steel structure The impact of performance.
(3) The LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the sandwich plate.The impact properties of sandwich plates were studied mainly in different shells and different sandwich plates.
