摘要本论文主要研究利用几何光学的原理设计光学测量系统,利用 CCD采集数据,通过测定液体折射率,从而通过数据处理系统将折射率转换成液体浓度。 在调查了实际生产过程中对硝酸铵溶液的品质要求,本文中提出的液体浓度在线检测系统能够满足其测量的精度和范围。 基本原理为,先获取入射光通过装满待测溶液的槽体和通过空槽体的时候在 CCD 光敏面上产生的位移差,通过 CCD 将光信号转换成的电信号,应用数字信号处理系统,将采集的数据转换成液体浓度值。在实际工业生产过程中,对化工溶液浓度的实时检测操作简便,在量程范围内有较高精准度。系统设计中通过将线阵CCD应用于,工业制造中的不可直接接触类液体的流水浓度在线监测,拓展了光电信息技术在实际应用领域的适用范围。 31138 毕业论文关键词 CCD 液体浓度 折光法 折射率
Title Design of On-line liquid concentration measurement system
Abstract The mainly content of the paper, is coming up with the optical measuring system that uses CCD to collect data, through measuring the refractive index of the liquid, after being converted into liquid concentration, all these was determined by the refractive index of the data processing system. In investigating the actual production process for quality ammonium nitrate solution requirements, this paper proposes a liquid concentration of online testing system, which can meet the accuracy and range of its measurement. The basic principle is that: Obtaining the distence of incident light passes through the tank filled with the liquids and through the empty tank, irradiating on the photosensitive surface of the CCD, which is generated by CCD, then these optical signals will be convert into electrical signals, using digital signal processing system, the collected data is converted into a liquid concentration values. In actual industrial production process, the chemical concentration of the solution is simple, real-time detection operation, and have a higher accuracy. The design is mainly using the linear CCD, to measuring the concentration of those liquids which can not be directly contacted with.The design is aimed at expanding the Range of application of photoelectric information technology in industrial manufacturing.
