Title Magnetic anisotropy energy of organic molecule
Abstract
For the current information storage materials, the most important topic is how to improve the storage density, and reduce the size of storage materials. However, the significant goal is blocked by the lack of storage materials with large magnetic anisotropy energy. In recent years, many sandwich structures, which contained transitional metal atoms and organic molecules, have been well studied. But the reported results are not satisfied. In this thesis, we using first-principles calculations to study the magnetic properties of . Our results show that all structures are ferromagnetic, owing a large magnetic moments. Importantly, we found that has a large magnetic anisotropy energy, and the spin orientation prefers ab direction. Therefore, our results provide some new insight into the future application of information storage materials.
