Lesson Introduction: Physics Teachers Practice Training Design and Micro-standard Teaching Evaluation Research
Abstract: Practice ability is a basic skills, which is paid more attention by the normal colleges and universities. And the use of microteaching practice training is a very effective method of cultivating students’ professional skills. In order to better understand the effect of using microteaching practice training on students’ professional development, and improve the design and evaluation, the survey is done on situation of physics teachers’ micro-standard teaching in this paper, which takes physics and mechanical and electrical engineering college of Zhou Kou normal university as an example. Results show that microteaching practice can improve physics teachers’ teaching ability effectively, promote the development of specialization, and improve the design and evaluation of microteaching.
