摘要通过收集相关资料,查阅文献,分析了生物质水解的基本原理、研究现状以及水解装置的基本结构,并选择了一种潜在优势的水解方法完成了一个实验室规模的生物质水解装置的设计计算及绘图。设计的水解装置为带有法兰结构、盘管加热的水解罐。该水解装置可以满足一般生物质水解实验的要求。 该装置容积55L,能够在 100℃以下,内压 0.5MPa或70℃饱和水蒸气条件下进行水解实验过程。法兰连接封头能够方便地拆卸,可以对容器内部的废渣进行处理以及清洗。加热盘管能够连接恒温加热装置进行加热,以便控制水解实验反应过程所需温度。 9665

Title Biomass hydrolysis experimental equipment design
Abstract
Through collecting relevant information and literature, this paper
analyzed the basic principle and present situation of biomass hydrolysis,
and the basic structure of the hydrolysis device. Selecting a potential
advantage for the hydrolysis method which was completed in a laboratory
scale biomass hydrolysis device design calculation and drawing. Design of
the hydrolysis device is a hydrolysis tank with flange structure and
heating coil. The hydrolysis device can meet the general requirements of
biomass hydrolysis experiment. 55L of the volume of the device process
experiment in 100 ℃, inner pressure of 0.5MPa or 70 ℃ saturated water
vapor conditions. Flange connecting head can be conveniently disassembled.
The residue inside the container can be processed and cleaned. Heating coil
to be able to connect the constant temperature heating device for heating,
in order to control the desired temperature of the hydrolysis reaction.
