摘要所研究的五环过山车包含两个立环,两个螺旋环以及一个回环。本课题主要研究的 是过山车在不同工况下,轨道和立柱产生的应力。
首先,应用 ProE 软件,导入轨道数据,并作出各种支撑立柱,建立起初步轨道模型。 然后通过接口将模型导入 Hypermesh 中,作出过山车轨道轨枕,并给各个线单元符截面。 最后将完成后的模型通过接口导入 ANSYS 软件中,给予各种不同的工况,过山车的工况 则是通过联合的动力学仿真得到的,研究过山车轨道和立柱结构应力。79697
通过分析可以得到各工况下最大应力点,进一步得出该五环过山车立柱和轨道结构 强度满足符合规范 GB8408-2008 的要求,使得该轨道安全使用有了理论支持。

Title The stress analysis of the track and column structure of the five ring roller coaster with four carriages
Abstract The five roller coaster that was studied includes two vertical rings, two spiral rings and one loop。 The proposal of project focus on the stress of track and upright column under different working conditions。
Pro/Engineer((PTC) was used to input the data of vehicle movable, and then simulate each type of upright column to build the track model。 The next step is to put the track model into Hypermesh(Altair) through interface, and then use the analysis result to draw the sleeper and Attach cross section to each line elements。Finally the entire model was put into ANSYS through interface to study the stress of track and upright column, simultaneously ANSYS gave roller coaster different working conditions which were simulated according to dynamics co-simulation。
The peak stress under different working conditions can be obtained after analysis, so the upright column and track structure strength of the roller coaster was concluded to reach the demand of GB8408-2008, which proving that the use of the track is safe in therapy。
