摘要水泥作为日常工程建设中不可或缺的重要原料之一,应用领域遍及全球。但在水 泥厂的平时加工过程中,却会造成巨大的环境噪声污染。近年来,某水泥厂机器工作 时的机器噪声对其附近居民产生了严重的噪声污染,并严重威胁到了附近居民的生活 健康。而且噪声污染作为全球四大公害之一,还会对动物、机器设备以及住房均造成 危害,其危害的水平主要决定于噪声的频率、强度以及作用的时间等,所以找到隔绝 噪声水平的办法就显得更加重要。因此,本文的主要目标是根据水泥厂提供的相关资 料,分析并找出水泥厂噪声污染的主要根源;然后是噪声的传播途经和特点,并提出 降低和控制噪声污染的一些措施。而本文主要研究的控制噪声的方法是在水泥厂和居 民之间建立隔音墙来隔绝噪声的传播,以达到降低噪声的目的。其次是根据水泥厂的 噪声污染程度以及周边居民的环境特点,通过计算选择、设计合理的声屏障结构,并 且要使结构能够满足力学性能,达到阻止噪声传播和吸声的作用;还要对声屏障结构 中的立柱进行力学计算,完成结构中立柱的力学性能设计和基础设计计算。最后,声 屏障的成功建立使得周边居民不再受到水泥厂噪声污染的影响,而且这个方法还可以 运用在其它引起噪声污染的工厂,对整个工业噪声污染可以起到很好的控制作用。79828

Abstract Cement as one of the important indispensable material in engineering construction, the application range is very wide。But in the daily production process of cement plant, it will produce serious noise pollution。Recently, the mechanical noise of a cement factory has produced serious noise pollution to the surrounding residents, which seriously threaten the health of the surrounding residents。 And the noise as one of the four major hazards in the world which constitutes a hazard on the animal, instrumentation and building and the extent of harm depends on the noise frequency, intensity and exposure time, so finding methods of controlling noise level is particularly important。 Therefore, the main content of this paper according to the cement plant is to analyze and identify the main sources of noise pollution in cement plant, then the noise propagation via and characteristics, and puts forward methods to control noise pollution and reduce the。 In this paper, the main research method is to establish a noise barrier between the cement plant and the residents, to isolate the noise, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the noise。 According to the cement factory noise pollution degree, the surrounding residents and the environment characteristics and through the calculation, the researcher select and design rational sound barrier structure。 And we will make the structure which meet the mechanical property and prevent the noise propagation and absorption of the role。 We also have to carry on the mechanics computation to the column in the sound barrier structure and complete the mechanical performance design and the foundation design calculation of the column in the structure。 Finally, the successful establishment of such sound barriers surrounding residents will no longer be affected by noise pollution, and this method can also be used in other factories causing noise pollution, noise pollution for the entire industry can play a very good control。
