摘要移相干涉技术(PSI)是计量测试特别是三文形貌测量中高精度、高灵敏度的测量方法。它采用非接触式的测量手段,广泛的应用于多种物理量的测试,在高精度光学检测量中占有重要的地位。介绍传统移相数字球面干涉仪的工作原理以及移相干涉术的基本原理,重点研究了相位解包算法。根据解包原理,大致分为两类:1)路径追踪算法,典型算法是区域生长算法。2)最小二乘算法,典型算法是离散余弦变换(DCT)算法和预处理共轭梯度(PCG)算法。在对相位解包算法做了比较深入的研究后,比较各个算法的不同。再编制程序,实现区域增长法。10399

Title The Research of Several Kinds of Algorithm of Phase unwrapping
Abstract
Phase-shifting interferometry (PSI) is a high precise and sensitivity method in testing technology, especially in three-dimensions profile measurement.As for it’s non-contact metrology method, it is widely used for testing many physical parameters .PSI plays a very important role in high precise optical testing filed. The basic principle of the traditional digital phase-shift wave surface interferometer and phase-shift interferometry is studied. They can be pided into two kinds based on the principle: 1) path tracking algorithm, one typical algorithm is based on the region growing theory.2)the least square algorithm, such as the algorithm based on discrete cosine transform(DCT)and pretreatment conjugate gradient(PCG) algorithm. After a profound research on the arithmetic of phase unwrapping, the differences of all the methods are compared. Then I make programs to recognize the region growing particularly method.
