光纤传感器是其中最重要的组成部分之一,研究光纤传感器的结构及各参数对传感器灵敏度、量程的影响,对整个地质勘探精度的提高具有很重要的意义。本论文所研究传感器利用迈克尔逊干涉原理处理传感信号,属于功能型传感器,在目前国内外应用于石油勘探中的传感器,处于领先位置,它具有灵敏度高、抗电磁干扰、失真小、频带宽等独特优点,可以在在各种极端环境下稳定工作。

本次研究对光纤传感器在国内外的发展状况、原理、分类及应用作了相应的追踪研究,针对一维状态下地震波传感器的原理及结构进行分析,最后设计了三维地震波传感器的结构并分析预测该传感器将来的应用前景。在研究的过程中,设计并进行试验,利用震动台、示波器、干涉仪等相关仪器测量了光纤绕制直径及中心质量块对光纤传感器灵敏度的影响,所获得的试验参数及结果对后续不同光纤传感器的研究具有很大参考价值。

Title   The principle and manufacture of Three-dimensional   seismic wave sensor                                         

Abstract Geological exploration is an important part of oil mining, but in the modern geological exploration, the exploration by human has gradually instead by the sensors, it has a higher reliability and accuracy。 So The sensor performance will directly affect the result and the difficulty of the whole geological exploration work。

Fiber optic sensor is one of the most important part, so discuss the structure of the optical fiber sensor and how the different parameters affect the sensor sensitivity and range has very important significance for improving the accuracy of the entire geological exploration。 the sensor discussed in this thesis will use the Michelson interferometer principle to process sensing signal,it belongs to light sensor Functional Fiber。 It is in a leading position at home and abroad of the sensor used in oil exploration。 It has a high sensitivity, anti-electromagnetic interference, distortion, frequency bandwidth, and other unique advantages。 It can work stable in varieties of extreme environments。

In this thesis has made a trace of the development of sensors at home and abroad, the principle of the sensors, and the sort and application of sensors。 The thesis also analyzes for the principle and structure of one-dimensional state of the seismic wave sensor。 In the finally, it has design the the structure of three-dimensional seismic wave sensor and analysis and forecast the future applications of this sensor。 During the study, we have designed and tested it by using shake table, oscilloscopes, interferometer, and other related instruments to measure the influence of the fiber winding diameter and the quality of the center mass of the optical fiber sensor to the sensitivity of sensor。 the experiment parameters and results has great reference value in the future research about different optical fiber sensors。
