摘要随着工业的繁荣,人们对船舶器械的要求越来越高,各类标准层出不穷。振动的强度就是其中一个非常重要指标。而且就船舶而言,不仅要求具有安全性,还要求具有良好的舒适性。近年来,船舶研究机构对船舶振动问题越来越重视,船舶振动的传递既会使脆弱链接处产生疲劳破坏,更会导致各类精密设备、仪器等的失效异常,船舶振动还会进一步产生强烈噪声,无论对船员的生理还是心理都会产生危害,令船员更易疲劳、受伤,甚至出现失误,造成各种事故。船舶辅机种类多,振动源情况复杂,如何在不影响辅机性能的前提下最大程度的减轻振动一直是国际热门课题;且存在技术上的难题。因此对机舱辅机隔振设计及振动特性计算有重要的意义。84221
本文以某船舶综合机舱中柴油发电机组为研究对象。根据隔振设计的原则,确定了筏体的质量、形状、布置位置、弹簧刚度等。通过有限元软件Patran对辅机组及下方的双层隔振装置进行了建模,并利用Nastran软件进行模态分析及谐响应分析,校核隔振系统的效果。最后通过改变隔振系统的参数分析其对系统隔振效果的影响,其中包括隔振器布置、中间筏体质量、隔振器刚度等。
