On the Story of the Vitality of TV Programs
Abstract: In recent years, story-telling TV programs have become more mature and stood out from the competition. Some brand programs, like "Legend" and "Wang Gang Story", appear in succession. But in the process of development, there exists some problems that orientation deviates from the original intention and the contents are a little vulgar. By means of case analysis and logical reasoning, the paper finds out the main factors that weaken its vitality are as follows: intense competition environment, the lack of exclusive high quality resources of story, and the excessive packaging. In order to restore vitality and promote the development of story-telling TV programs, the paper puts forward some countermeasures. For example, creating brand awareness and appreciating originality are good choices. Meanwhile, restoring authenticity of news stories and strengthening the interaction with the audience by the new media are proper solutions too.
