Research on the construction of
the structure of host group of television variety shows in china
Abstract: Host group, a new host mode, has become a popular form of the host after a long time development. In order to make people more understand host group, the paper take case analysis as research methods, analyzed the construction of the structure of host group of television variety shows after researching the structure of host group of Day Day Up and Happy Camp. The paper analyzed the selection of variety shows’ host, the effect of host’s place and concrete work-division respectively and understand the advantages of host group and the features and forms of their construction. The host group of variety shows exert very important influence on improving the updating of host form, the further spread and training newcomers. So, the development of host group can promote the continuous innovation of variety shows in China.

我国电视综艺节目主持群结构的构建研究
在我国电视综艺节目逐渐兴起的过程中,一种新兴的主持模式逐渐被人们熟知并接受——主持群。多人主持模式已经逐渐发展成为主持模式的一种潮流,且由特定的主持人配置形式，这种群体主持形式在当下的电视综艺节目中普遍存在，“主持群”结构的构建和具体功能之间有什么内在关系，主持群结构构建的特点，以及在电视节目中的优势以及造成什么样影响，这些都值得我们去研究。
一、电视综艺节目主持群结构构建的认识
（一）电视综艺节目主持群的理解
日益丰富的节目形态促使娱乐节目主持人群体化。随着广播电视节目内容的丰富，节目形态也日渐多样化。除了早期的播音间或演播厅主持之外，现场主持、外景主持、连线主持也越来越多的应用在节目当中。 空间形态上发生变化，多人主持也就成为必然。
陈昌辉和王梅在《综艺节目主持群的分工与配合》中，认为“所谓主持群，即由三个或三个以上特点鲜明的主持人按照特定规律组合在一起的一种主持形式。” 与以往单人和双人主持不同，主持群必定是多人主持。主持群中每个主持人在性别搭配、主持风格、个性特点和表现形式等方面，要各不相同但又需协调不突兀。主持群在主持人数量、角色分工、定位作用上一定要符合节目要求设置。所以，我们可以认为主持群是在多人主持模式上发展演变而来的，且具有自身鲜明特点的主持人组织配置形式。
