On the Anchorman’s Role Orientation of TV-News-Talking Programs
Abstract: Under the background of multimember communication, to develop the news-talking programs and enhance communication’s effect, a good host position is necessary. According to the analysis to the typical case, the thesis points out the problems for TV host’s positioning, and accordingly proposes the ways that the TV host is how to position his role in his programs. The thesis think that it must be form the following 3 aspects to achieve the host’s correct role orientation, form improving the host’s politic knowledge, perfecting the vocational ability, and building the training agency for the hosts. The aim of the thesis is to offer the references for our TV-news-talking programs’ benign and continues development.

论我国电视新闻谈话节目主持人的角色定位
20世纪90年代我国的新闻谈话节目便开始崭露头角，虽然说兴起的时间较晚，却也呈现出发展良好的态势。主持人在新闻谈话节目中处于核心位置，主持人在新闻节目中的角色定位,直接关系着节目现场主持人与嘉宾的交流关系，新闻节目主持人的角色定位是一档节目的“旗帜”，在节目的风格体现和发展方向方面，起着指引性的作用。现今，在各大电视台的新闻谈话节目中，因主持人的队伍比较庞大，很难使主持人的能力保持在同一个较高水平，所以就会导致主持人的角色定位与其所主持的节目有不同程度的不和谐，也就会形成主持人的表现与节目的定位脱节的现象，导致节目的在收视率等方面差强人意。本文在总结电视新闻谈话节目主持人角色定位的基础上，对当前电视新闻谈话节目主持人角色定位存在的问题进行探讨并分析其成因，由此得出正确把握电视新闻谈话节目主持人角色定位的策略。
