Analysis of China's current news justice
--- a case of Zhou Kehua event
Abstract: in China, News media has always been considered to be a force to be reckoned with people seeking social justice , people hope that the media can become Justice Bao when they suffered social injustice. However it is this social expectations that constitutes the reporters just imagine the power. This article analyze the value orientation from the perspective of justice of substantive justice, utilitarian value orientation of Zhou Kehua event that Chinese media reported taken, and according to the analysis of
news context reports to examine problems that these types of justice value orientation appears such as utilitarianism, lack of information and other issues. The occupation of imagination constitute an important driving force for career upward development, we are trying to provide a valuable reference for the media when they reported similar news events through the analysis of justice orientation of Chou Kehua event。

浅析我国当前新闻报道的正义观----以周克华事件为例
正义自古以来就作为人们评判社会行为的标准，在新闻报道中也是如此。特别是近几年，关于正义的报道在媒体报道中越来越受到重视，一方面是社会转型期，经济水平和综合国力在不断攀升，另一方面由于涉及包括利益分配在内的各种矛盾也在频繁发生。而这些变化着的冲突性社会因素，正是媒体所追求的。在媒体关于这些事件的报道中，媒体所秉持的正义观是影响现实社会中法律和道德正当性的重要因素。从某种角度来说，媒体所坚持的正义报道的视角，与媒体所生活的中国传统文化环境和当前社会环境是密不可分的，是一种对正义道德想象。周克华事件中，我国媒体的报道正是这样的。
一、正义论概述
在不同的社会背景下，在不同的时代，人们对正义的认识也不尽相同，但正义一直是人们所追求的价值取向。对正义通俗的理解就是因果轮回，即有因有果善恶相报，并由此延伸生活中理性的各个角落。
