摘要: 1999年中央电视台推出了集知识性、趣性、服务性为一体的美食节目《天天饮食》,打破了美食节目以往在观众心中只是简单教学的印象,让观众第一次感受到美食节目的魅力所在。它的热播,引得各个地方卫视也纷纷效仿,相继推出了自己的美食栏目,一时间美食节目如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展。然而随着多档美食节目的热播,同质化倾向开始在美食节目中出现,不管是从节目的主题、风格、定位还是特色方面都存在明显的雷同现象。论文将从美食节目的同质化现象出发,着重分析美食节目同质化的表现及产生原因,并对美食节目如何规避同质化提出一些建议,以期对美食节目更好地发展有所启示。25057 毕业论文关键词:电视美食节目;同质化;美食文化
TV Food Class Homogeneity Tendency Analysis
Abstract: CCTV in 1999 introduced a more interesting and knowledgeable programme that is “daily diet", which broke the impression that food programs simply has the teaching method in the audiences' hearts, and let the audience feel the charming of the food for the first time.Just because its hit, which attracted many local Tv follow it. And then they also have launched their own food programme, so the food programme developed largely. However, with so many food programmes developed, homogeneity of food began to appear in tne programme. No matter from the show theme, style and feature of positioning and they have obvious similar phenomena. This article will start from food homogeneity phenomenon and pay more attention to the reason and its type,and tnen come up with some suggestions for how to avoid this tendency. In order to have some implications for the better development about food programme.
