Research on the Problems and Countermeasure of the Develepment of Hengdian Film Base
Abstract：In the 21st century，cultural industry has developed rapidly, the building of the film bases are in the ascendant. In the development of China’s film bases,Hengdian film base in Zhejiang province started earlier and achieved a remarkable success .This paper summarized the presentation about the film base of Hengdian first, then analyzed current situation, and in view of the problems existing in the development of Hengdian film base, putting forward to speed up the infrastructure construction, and establish stable film and tourism industry chain, to expand the brand influence, improve the quality of tourism products, the countermeasures on improving the quality of the staff.

横店影视基地发展中存在的问题及对策研究
前言
当前，随着文化产业的快速发展，影视城的建设方兴未艾。自1987年无锡影视基地成立，我国已经先后建立了10 0多个大小不一，各种类型的影视基地。因为机制、经验、产品本身等多方面的原因，我国影视基地在各个地区的发展还不平衡，不少基地由于产品缺少特色，对市场竞争缺乏有效回应，造成进退两难，
甚至停滞不前的局面。相对于其他影视基地来言，横店影视城的发展还是比较成功的。横店影视基地为什么能在这么多的影视拍摄基地中脱颖而出、屡建奇功？本文针对这些方面展开讨论，希望能为国内其他影视基地努力实现转型和可持续发展提供一些参考和借鉴。
一、横店影视基地发展概况
（一）简介
横店影视城位于浙江省东阳市横店镇，产权为浙江横店影视城有限公司所有，是我国第一个影视产业实验区。自1996年以来，企业一共投入30多个亿用于建设广州街、香港街、明清皇宫、秦王宫、清明上河园、中华文化园、梦幻谷、石窟、大智禅寺等13个穿越上千年历史，汇聚各地特色的影视拍摄基地和两座富含高科技的现代化工作室。《武汉大帝》、《向左走，向右走》、《无极》、《英雄》、《功夫之王》、《鸦片战争》、《木乃伊3》等700多部影视剧从这里诞生。横店影视基地现已成为世界上最大的影视拍摄基地，被美国的《好莱坞》杂志称为"中国的好莱坞"。
