On the Guidance Role of
Public Opinion of Network Media in the Hot News Spread
Abstract: new report forms come into being with the rapid development of the times, the continuous rise of the network society and network media innovation. So do the "hot news" under the circumstances. Network media is increasingly becoming new platforms to spread hot news and important access to information, thus has a role to guide the direction of public opinion. Therefore, problems of online media in spreading hot news and ways to play the correct guidance role of public opinion are explored and studied in this paper, and the positive and negative effects of online media are analyzed in the hot news spread, and the measures of improving the guidance role of public opinion of network media are explored, network media expects to spread the hot news and actively play the correct guidance role of public opinion.

论网络媒体在热点新闻传播中的舆论导向作用
作为大众传播媒介之一的网络媒体，是我们社会生活中不可或缺的一部分。它对公众，乃至整个社会都具有舆论导向的作用。作为一种新方式的传输，打破传统媒体传输的单一模式的网络媒体，它将多种元素结合在一起，这种传播方式提高了热点新闻的普及率。它不但使热点新闻更易被人们接受，而且极大地满足了热点新闻传播的需求。作为一名90年代出生的大学毕业生，所见证的就是网络媒体发展崛起的过程。网络媒体舆论导向的作用也在社会中发挥越来越重要的作用，网络媒体在热点新闻传播中发挥着怎样的舆论导向作用，是当今时代所关心的热门话题。本文结合网络媒体和热点新闻两者之间的关系，试分析如何使网络媒体在热点新闻传播中发挥正确舆论导向的作用。
一、热点新闻及舆论导向概述
（一）热点新闻的含义及特征
什么是“热点新闻”？顾名思义，也就是说，受关注的程度比较高。丁关根同志《在全国省委机关报总编辑研讨班上的讲话》中有一段关于“热点”的表述：“热点是一段时间内受到社会关注的一些问题。它往往是新闻舆论引导中的难点，也是我们工作中的重点”。 热点新闻能得到群众的普遍关心和社会的广泛关注。它涉及到社会的各个领域，反映的是根据在这某一领域发生的事件所产生的某种社会现象的问题。这些问题会被新闻人发掘，并对此进行采访，然后利用各种媒介渠道途径对其进行公开性传播报道。这些新闻会引起社会的注意，这些报道会引发公众的共鸣，逐渐形成舆论之说，而这些新闻也就成了人们口中的“热点新闻”。
