摘要：本文主要研究如今“互联网+”和“泛娱乐”时代背景下的热门话题“IP”。通过整理我国影视IP剧的发展，探讨 IP 热产生的原因，并结合具体案例对文化产业新生的模式“影视IP剧”给影视行业和文化产业带来的变化进行分析，预测其未来发展，并探索性地提出解决存在问题的对策，从而减少 IP 市场乱象对影视行业造成的不利影响。我希望能够贡献自己的一份绵薄之力，帮助我国影视行业和文化产业更加健康科学地发展。81428

A Study of IP Drama Abstract: This paper mainly researches on the development of China's film and television drama IP, under the background of Internet plus and Pan-Entertainment, to explore the causes of IP heat generation, change, combined with the pattern and strength of specific cases for the film and television drama IP as a new cultural industry brings to the film industry and cultural industry as well as to appear in the course of development opportunities and challenges are analyzed, and the exploration of the solutions to the problems, thereby reducing the adverse effects of IP market chaos caused by the film industry, hoping to make a contribution to their own, to help China's film industry and cultural industry more healthy and scientific development。
