摘要本文主要任务是玻镁板生产线原料配料搅拌装置的设计，本装置是由4个主要部分组成，其分别包括储料组件、运输组件、翻转组件、搅拌组件。其中储料组件共有3个，其存料桶分别盛有氧化镁、氯化镁、珍珠岩；运输组件载着运料桶移动至各个储料组件的正下方时，与储料组件配合，实现各种原材料按预先设定的比例添加，当配料完成后，将运料桶送至翻转组件处；翻转组件通过接近开关等感应装置，触发翻转电机工作，将运料桶中的加工原料翻转倒进搅拌组件的放料斗中，搅拌组件底部安装有重量传感器，当重量达到设定值时，触发底部传感器，发出电信号激发搅拌电机工作，实现加工原料自动混合、搅拌和排出。这种装置自动化程度高，生产效率高，极大的降低了人力资源成本，减少了非自然因素对产品质量的影响，同时提升了工厂生产线的自动化程度，为实现全面智能化生产做准备，对于改善工厂的生产效率，增加工厂的效益有着极其重要的作用，特别是其中加入了传感器和接近开关，使其对于生产过程产生了更积极作用，进一步促进了智能化生产。83013

Abstract This artical introducts somethng about the mixing plant of glassfibre &magnesium cement board。 It is pided into four parts, including the loading component, transportation components, flip components, mixing components。 The barrel of material consists of three components, which are the material barrel, containing magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride; When transport component carrying material barrels mobile into each store material components directly, working with the loading components, it will add all kinds of raw materials according to the preset proportion。 Once it finish all the works, transport components will send material barrels to flip components; The next part will carry the barrels of raw materials to flip into a components’ mixing hopper, then it start to mix materials。 This device will make an positive effect on developing of the automation。 It will become a higher degree of automation in employing。 At the same time it will get more effective。 what is more, the target of reducing the resource wasting will become a reality。 The most import thing is that it reduces the natural factors’ effect on the quality of products in this way。 On the one hand it strengthens the factory’s automation, on the other hand it makes preparation to realize the changes of automatic, all those work will contribute to increase the profit of the factory。 To make it a truth, we can add the sensors and proximity switch, it will promote the progress of intelligent production。
