摘 要自主学习能力是一种基本的学习能力。从古代到现代，自主学习能力一直被认为是一个人学习新知识和新技能时必需的个人能力。然而，自主学习能力只能逐渐养成，因为同学们在他们中学阶段更容易养成良好的学习习惯，所以想要养成自主学习能力最好在较早的中学阶段就开始。为此本文对影响中学生英语自主学习能力的内外因进行了调查分析，并且提出了有效的方法和措施提高中学生英语自主学习能力。23796

Abstract Autonomous learning ability is one of the essential learning abilities.From the ancient times to today’s society, autonomous learning ability is always considered to be a necessary inpiduals’ ability for one to learn new knowledge and skills. However, the autonomous learning ability can be only achieved step by step, so the development of autonomous learning ability had better start earlier in middle school, for reasons that children in their middle school are more easily to develop good study habits. In the thesis, survey proved that influence the middle school students’ autonomous learning ability’s factor contains internal factors and external factors, And then come up with effect ways to develop and improve the middle school students’ autonomous learning ability.

I.Introduction
As we all know, autonomous learning ability is one of the most important learning abilities for the school students, and it has a significant influence on the middle school students’ learning efficiency and results, what’s more, the autonomous learning ability may affect the inpiduals lifelong on many areas. [1]According to the Authoritative survey conducted among about 50 middle schools in several cities, we can see that middle school students with robust autonomous learning ability are more likely to get better performance in the class and higher scores or rankings in the exams.[2][3] While on the contrary, the middle school students, who could not insist autonomous learning or even did not take any autonomous learning activity, usually performs bitter in the courses and cannot get a satisfying score in the exams. [4]To better develop and improve the autonomous learning ability of the middle school students, at first we should change the out of date teaching ways, for the reason that most of the old teaching ways may lead the students to a wrong way, that means they learn the course just for the exams; [5]secondly, development and improvement of the autonomous learning ability of the middle school students is not only a work of the teachers, the cooperation between the teachers and parents is also very important, it will help to make this work more effectively and efficiently[6]; thirdly, the information that medium spread around would also play an important role in the development and improvement of the autonomous learning ability of the middle school students, for the reason that the environment that human beings live in will affect one’s behaviors and thoughts, the medium should take their own responsibility to provide some both interesting and scientific programs, not matter on the TV shows, internet or somewhere else[7]. Taken together, a strong autonomous learning ability can be only achieved step by step, it will take practice, patience and time[8][9]. However, no pains, no gains, the advantage of a good autonomous learning ability is also very profound, not only in the area of learning, it will also benefit the inpidual a lot in many aspects for even all of the inpidual’s life[10].
