Not only eyes, but also face can show a person a lot, on which the eyes, mouth and eye-bow can clearly give out all kinds of expressions。 (Cai 95) Therefore many experts and people believe that facial expression is perhaps also one of the most important areas of the body for nonverbal communication, especially emotions and attitudes。 There are six basic emotions expressed on a face: surprise, fear, disgust, happiness, anger and sadness。 However,it is not easy to find the true feelings from the facial expressions。 People usually say wearing mask。 We can put on different facial expressions to hide our real feelings。 For instance, in Shakespeare’s Macbeth, King Duncan says that someone had betrayed him:“There’s no art to find the mind’s construction in the face。 He was a gentleman on whom I built an absolute trust。” It was nearly impossible to tell what people are thinking only according to their faces。 The difficulty is that the emotions on the faces sometimes are not the real ones from their heart。(Li 95)
