摘要近年来，英语成为全世界应用最广泛的语言之一。在经济全球化的背景下各国对英语的学习和研究都在日益完善。而在中国，也有越来越多的学者在关注着英语的变化发展。“中国英语”是以规范英语为基础，表达中国社会文化等领域特有事物的英语变体。“中国英语”在丰富英语的价值和意义、强化英语学习和使用者自我文化心理意识、提高中国文化软实力方面有积极作用。认识和研究“中国英语”有利于促进中国的英语课堂教学改革。本文主要是通过论述“中国英语”的现代意义及其重要性来引起更多的关注和研究。40821

Abstract In recent years, English has became one of the most popular languages in the whole world. Each country pays more attention on the study of English in the background of economic globalization .And in China, more and more scholars are focus on the changes and developments of English. “China English” is based on standard English, which expresses unique variants in the Chinese social and cultural areas. “China English” rich in the value and significance of English . Strengthen the English learning and the user’s self consciousness of cultural psychology. China English plays a positive role in improving Chinese cultural soft power. Studying and learning China English will promote the Chinese English class reformation. This paper discusses the significance and importance of “China English” to make more people paying attention to studying on it.

The Significance and Importance of China English in the
Global Context
Ⅰ.Introduction
English is a language which is the most popular all over the world, and many countries regard it as second language in official affairs. In the process of learning this language each country has its own style. Chinese people also formed a special style in the history of learning it. This part of the paper will introduce it briefly.
In the 1980 s, China began to implement the reform and opening up, opened the door to the world forced by wars. At that time learning English was just in order to deal with the English speaking countries such as Britain and American to do simple communication just like doing business with those people from other countries. So only a small part of people can speak it and they can not speak very normative. People who can speak English became very popular in that age because there was no special organization to teach people to study English, people often studied by themselves so it can not be standard. In any case, as a foreign language English entered China from that time.
After entering the 1990s, China had more exchanges with other countries especially the English-speaking countries. In this background English became a necessary way to do those business with other counties so that the government education department has spurred the development of English, which made it becomes not only a compulsory course for middle schools and universities, but also a national examination of the graduates admission. After that, every student studied English at schools and they must pass the examination of it. Even more, English becomes an indispensable skill for college graduates, who want to find a job. The students graduated from colleges all consider English to be a skill but not only a foreign language. So at the time this language became popular in China.
Into the 20th century, China joined to the WTO, which is a great step of our country to make a contact with the world, the relationship between China and the countries all over the world has become more and more intimate. Through the accumulation of decades, China has become the biggest developing countries in the world, and its influence has become wide and persistent. At that time speaking English was conformed to the trend of the times. After that, learning English was common in China, even the primary schools opened English courses. In the process of learning this language there were many new phenomenons occurred such as China English. And many professional scholars begin to do scientific study in English learning. They got many results in each filed in English learning to help ordinary learners know better about how to learn. We held the Olympic Games in 2008, at that time learning English was a hot phenomenon and even ordinary people such as old men can speak a little words and expressions for daily use. From that time, English was not a course in classes but also walked into many ordinary families and they even learned it in daily life. In this trend of the development of English in China, there is a new phenomenon appeared which is called China English. This phenomenon is in development and improvement constantly nowadays. Many scholars study this phenomenon and get some results about it in many aspects.
