Abstract In 2001, the Ministry of Education pointed out that primary English teaching should try to use modern teaching means and methods to create a good language environment and adequate practicing opportunities。 To meet the needs of basic education curriculum reform, English vocabulary teaching in primary school should make full use of various teaching methods to create a comparative real situation which can help students obtain language skills better。 Vocabulary, as the basis of language, is a key factor of learning language。 The level of vocabulary largely determines the whole language level。 However, in the traditional English vocabulary teaching, knowledge-based teaching contents and inflexible teaching methods  result in the boring classroom atmosphere, students’ lack of interest and inefficient classroom。 Combining with the features of English vocabulary teaching and the characteristics of student’s development in primary school, according to the requirements of primary English vocabulary teaching design, this paper aims to discuss the design of situation-based vocabulary teaching plan。 Such analysis can provide valuable references for primary vocabulary learning and teaching, so as to improve vocabulary teaching and English teaching practice as a whole。73944

摘要2001 年教育部正式发文指出,小学英语教学应尽量运用现代化教学手段和 方法,创设良好的语言环境和充分的语言实践机会。为适应基础教育课程改革的 需要,小学英语词汇教学应顺应课程改革要求,充分利用各种教学手段,创设尽 量真实的情境,让学生在情境中去体会和实践语言。词汇是语言的基础,是习得 语言的关键因素,词汇水平的高低很大程度上决定着整个外语水平的高低。然而, 在传统的英语词汇教学中,教学内容的知识化,教学方法的机械化,使得课堂氛 围沉闷,学生缺乏兴趣,课堂效率低下。本文结合小学英语词汇教学的特征和小 学生学习发展特点,根据小学英语词汇教学设计的要求,探讨基于情境的小学英 语词汇教学设计,以便为小学生英语词汇的学习和教师词汇教学提供有价值的依 据和措施,从而提高词汇的教学效果,完善英语教学实践。
