摘要目前,随着经济全球化的加快,中英两国的经济交流日益密切,文化差异对两国国际商务礼仪的影响更加显著。本文主要运用比较分析的方法研究中英商务礼仪的文化差异。首先对中英商务礼仪的在问候与着装、约会、宴会及商务交流方面的不同表现进行对比;其次探究中英两国不同的文化根源,从价值观、空间观、时间观、思维方式以及地域文化方面分析两国商务礼仪差异的原因;最后总结出商务礼仪的文化差异的应对策略。本文的研究目的在于正确认识中英两国的文化差异,了解两国的文化背景,这将有助于人们克服文化差异障碍,尊重彼此的风俗习惯,实现中英两国商务活动的双赢。83673

Abstract Nowadays, with the acceleration of economic globalization, the economic exchanges between China and Britain have become more closely。 Cultural differences plays an important role in the international business etiquette of the two countries。 This paper analyzes cultural differences of business etiquette between China and Britain by using the method of comparative analysis。 Firstly, there are comparisons of different business etiquettes in terms of greeting and dressing, making appointments, banquets and business communications between China and Britain。 Secondly, it analyzes the two countries business etiquette by exploring the cultural roots of the two countries from the following aspects: values, concepts of space, concepts of time, way of thinking and regional Custom。 Finally, it summarizes the strategies to deal with the cultural differences of business etiquette between China and Britain。 The paper aims to have a better understanding of the cultural differences and the cultural background between China and Britain which will help people overcome cultural barriers, respect each others’ customs and habits, and achieve a win-win situation between the two countries in business activities。
