摘要:幼儿园教师舞蹈能力是幼儿园教师专业素质发展的一个重要方面。提高幼儿园教师舞蹈能力,可以从整体上稳定幼儿园教师师资队伍,丰富幼儿园的文化内涵,提高幼儿教师的审美能力。因此,本文在对商丘市某幼儿园教师舞蹈能力现状分析中发现幼儿教师舞蹈理论知识欠缺,舞蹈技能单一;创编能力薄弱;鉴赏能力缺乏等问题。所以,本文提出了加强理论知识的学习;丰富舞蹈技能;加强创编能力和提高鉴赏能力等策略。有效提高幼儿教师的舞蹈能力,是幼儿园有效开展舞蹈教育活动的重要保障。35802 毕业论文关键词:舞蹈能力;幼儿园;教师
Research status of kindergarten teacher dancing ability

Abstract: the kindergarten teacher dancing ability is an important aspect of professional development of kindergarten teachers. Therefore, analyzing the present situation of teachers of dancing ability of a kindergarten in Shangqiu city found in the academic level of preschool teachers is low, the lack of cultural background; lack of theoretical knowledge; the ability of creation is weak; question teaching method is single and so on, and proposed to improve preschool education, rich cultural connotations; pay attention to the theoretical knowledge, let the harmonious development of the business; change teaching method innovative teaching; to advocate such proposals, effectively improve the preschool teacher dancing ability, is an important guarantee for effective development of dance education activities in kindergarten.

《幼儿园教育指导纲要》指出:“艺术是实施美育的基本途径,应充分发挥艺术的情感教育功能,促进幼儿健全人格的形成。[1]开展舞蹈教学活动,是对幼儿进行美誉的一种较为理想的方式,它可以培养幼儿的审美意识,有效地舞蹈教学活动的开展,不仅能使幼儿的身体得到适当的锻炼与发展,而且还能训练幼儿的动作的协调性和灵活性。加强对幼儿教师舞蹈能力的培养,让幼儿园教师掌握舞蹈教学的理论知识和基本技能技巧,提高创编能力和鉴赏能力。为培养具有教育教学能力的幼儿园教师奠定坚实的专业基础。
