摘要新农村文化建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分，非物质文化遗产的保护与开发又是我国文化建设的一个核心任务。我国的很多非物质文化遗产都集中在农村，是农村文化建设的一大资源优势。因此，新农村文化建设和非物质文化遗产的保护与开发二者紧密相连，新农村建设离不开对非物质文化遗产的保护和开发。本文在新农村文化建设视角下，选取我国非物质文化遗产之一的新昌调腔为研究对象，尝试分析其传承价值和发展方向，为新昌调腔及其他非物质文化遗产的保护开发提供新的思路。47670

Abstract 

The construction of new rural culture is an important part of the new rural construction,and protection and development of intangible cultural heritage is a core task in the cultural construction of china.A lot of China's intangible cultural heritage is concentrated in rural areas, which is a resource advantage for the construction of rural cultural.Therefore,rural culture has a close contact with the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage.Promoting the construction of rural culture cannot do without the protection and development of the intangible cultural heritage.Based on our country's intangible cultural heritage -- Xinchang Diaoqiang as research object, this paper tries to analyze its heritage value and the direction of development in the perspective of the new rural culture construction to provide new ideas for Xinchang Diaoqiang and the protection and development of other intangible cultural heritage.
