摘  要：渔沟花鼓会是淮阴区最具代表性的民间文艺演出形式之一，于2010年顺利获批淮安市第三批非物质文化遗产名录。渔沟花鼓会在渔沟镇流传了600多年，后来因为历史原因渔沟花鼓会渐趋消亡。首先笔者通过查阅资料对渔沟花鼓会追根溯源，然后根据渔沟花鼓会濒临失传的发展现状提出目前所存在的问题，并且针对这些问题分别从政府、社会和学校三个方面来论述解决问题的方法。在思考渔沟花鼓会问题如何解决的过程中，笔者得出要想让渔沟花鼓会更好地传承和发展必须要靠政府、社会和学校等多方面的努力。民间文艺演出形式的生存面临困难是全国性的难题，不但要尊重地方文艺演出形式的本质特征而且还要尊重历史实践，要让它进入艺术的良性发展轨道，才能使渔沟花鼓会成为民族精神记忆的宝贵财富。72456

Abstract：Yugou drum is Huaiyin District the most representative folk art performances of in 2010 to declare the success of non material cultural heritage。 Yu Gou drum in Yu Gou Zhen passed 600 years later because of historical reasons Yugou drum will disappear gradually。 First of all, the author through consulting data of Yugou drum will be traced。 Then according to the proposed Yugou drum is in danger of extinction, the development status of the existing problems, and according to these problems respectively from the government, society and schools from three aspects to discuss the problem solving methods。 In thinking about Yu Gou drum problems how to solve process, the author draws the conclusion that to let the fishing groove drum Better inheritance and development must rely on the government, society and schools, and other aspects of the effort。 Folk art performance form of survival face difficulties is a difficult problem in the national, not only to respect local art forms the essential characteristics of performance but also respect the historical practice, to make it into the art of healthy development track, so that the Yugou drum will become the valuable wealth of the memory of the national spirit。

1  前言

1。1选题缘由

之所以选择这个题目是因为笔者大四上学期曾经在淮阴区渔沟镇韩圩九年制义务学校顶岗实习四个月，对渔沟镇这个地方有了很深的感情，但是由于历史原因，渔沟花鼓会濒临失传。现在全国上下都在关注非物质文化遗产的保护和传承，所以笔者认为可以趁着“非遗热”的大坏境让政府关注到这一有重要价值的地方文艺演出形式。还有笔者作为一名音乐学院的学生有义务和有责任把渔沟花鼓会这项极具地方特色的民间文艺演出形式介绍给更多的人。论文网
