摘要目前，中国已经步入老龄化社会，越来越多的养老院里的老年人喜欢通过使用室外健身器材达到消磨时间，强健身体的目的。室外健身器材是一种环境设施产品，被广泛运用于各类室外公共空间。市场上的室外健身器材，适用于少、青、中、老各个年龄层用户，由于老年人年龄增长、身体机能下降等因素，这类通用的健身器材并不是完全符合老年人对室外健身器材的诉求。基于以上因素的考虑，我设想可否在设计的过程中体现以人为本的设计理念，以“人”为出发点以“机”为落脚点，合理地分配人机之间的职责，充分考虑人机关系、材料、成本等因素，对各个功能部件进行模块化分类，设计一套能够锻炼老年人身体各个部位，提高老年人年对户外健身的兴趣的室外健身器材。27102

Title The design of environmental facilities in the nursing home
Abstract
At present, China has entered the aging society, more and more elderly people in nursing homes like to pass the time by using outdoor fitness equipment, strong body. Outdoor fitness equipment is a kind of environmental facilities and products, has been widely used in all kinds of outdoor public space. Outdoor fitness equipment on the market, suitable for small, young, old, users of all ages. Due to factors such as the elderly age, body function decline, this kind of general fitness equipment is not completely accords with the demands of the elderly of outdoor fitness equipment. Based on the consideration of the above factors, I imagine that can embody the people-oriented design concept in the design process, take “people” as the starting point to “machine” as the foothold, reasonable allocation between human responsibilities, fully account of the man-machine relationship, materials, cost and other factors, of the various functional components of modular classification, design a set to elderly people in various parts of the body exercise, improve the elderly person years of outdoor fitness interest of outdoor fitness equipment.

1 引言
住在养老院里的老人，年龄一般都比较大，在使用室外健身器材时，往往会有“力不从心”的感觉，这是因为这些器材在设计过程中没有深入的考虑老年人的身体状况与需求。目前中国人口老龄化形势加剧，迫切需要社会各界人士花费更多的精力去关心老年人群体的需求。作为设计人员，应该投入更多的精力去关怀老年人群体，设计出更多专门适用于他们使用的产品。
本次课题的设计目的是根据老年人群体的身体状况与需求，创新设计从材料、结构与人机关系等适用于老年人使用的室外健身器材。
