摘要智慧银行是网络银行以及传统银行的高级阶段，是银行借助智能化的手段和新型的思维模式来审视自身的需求，并且通过创新科技塑造新服务、新产品、新的运营和业务模式，让规模经济得以实现，让效率提升而成本却降低，达到使客户管理切实有效，营销绩效变的高效的目的。智慧银行的格局与设施也将发生质的变化。本课题以智慧银行网点室内设施为设计对象，提出针对不同业务形式的设施设计概念方案，为用户提供更好的金融服务体验。84119

Title        Conceptual design of interior facilities     for smart bank                   

Abstract Wisdom Bank is the advanced stage of the traditional bank and internet banking, since the traditional bank using wisdom and a new mode of thinking to look at their own needs, and keep using innovative technology by creating new services, new products, new operating and business models, to achieve economies of scale, improve efficiency and reduce the cost, which makes a highly effective customer management and efficient marketing performance。 What is more, The structure and facility of the Wisdom bank is changing。 This issue is focusing on the way how to design a in-house facilities for a Wisdom Bank , to provide the different facility designing style for different kinds of business for the wisdom bank, to make the customer a better financial service experience from the wisdom bank。
