摘要：该设计项目的基地位于河南省漯河市，是漯河市中心城区的重要组成部分。漯河市松江广场占地面积约12公顷，是南安市重要的景观地段和城市开放空间，将成为城市未来的核心。设计应结合国内外先进的设计理念，发挥和利用城市公共空间的资源优势和特色，创造充满朝气活力、自然和谐之美的城市中心广场。建成后的广场应兼具城市客厅和景观功能，为人们提供文化、休闲、娱乐、健身等多功能服务。广场应规划设计需考虑文化传承、功能合理、生态优先、保留特色和满足当代人生活游憩休闲的需要。所以，充分结合漯河市的特色是设计的关键所在。关于城市中心广场建筑及竖向设计的研究是一个大课题，涉及因素很多，诸如生态学、行为心理学、经济学、植物学、美学、文学……都是其理论参照构架。城市中心广场所涉及的问题是难以完全阐述清楚的，也不是仅靠个人的思考及主观愿望就能实现的。设计的最终目的既是为了满足人类的活动，也是为了人类与自然更和谐的相处。城市中心广场是城市中最重要的开放空间之一，除了要给市民们提供休憩、活动的场地以外,还要作为城市的“客厅”甚至是城市的灵魂。只有在遵循生态规律的基础上,应用艺术原理作指导,并结合当地特色，才能建设出理想的城市中心广场,使城市大放异彩。29854

Building and Vertical Landscape Design of the Luohe Songjiang Square
Abstract：Base the design project located in Luohe City, Henan Province is an important part of the city of Luohe city center. Luohe City Songjiang square area of about 12 hectares is an important landscape city lots and open spaces of Nan An city, will be the core of the city in the future. This design should be combined with advanced design concepts, play and use of resources and characteristics of urban public space, creating vibrant energy, natural beauty of harmony in the city center square. After the completion of the square should both city living and landscape features, providing people with culture, leisure, entertainment, fitness, and other multi-functional services. Square should be considered cultural heritage planning, functional, ecological priority, preserve the character of contemporary life and meet the needs of recreation and leisure. So, fully integrated characteristic Luohe City is the key to design. Research on the Square of the city center and vertical design is a major issue, involving many factors, such as ecology, behavioral psychology, economics, botany, aesthetics, literature ...... all its theoretical reference framework. Urban centers involved are not difficult to square fully set forth clear, nor is it alone personal reflection and subjective desire can achieve. The ultimate goal of the design is both to meet human activities, but also for a more harmonious coexistence between man and nature. City Center Square is one of the city's most important open spaces, in addition to give the citizens the provision of open, active site, but also as the city's "living room" and even the soul of the city. Only follow ecological laws based on the principles of applied arts as a guide, combined with local characteristics, in order to build an ideal city center square, make the city shine.
